Joseph West, M.D.
Dr. West received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and earned a Master of Science degree majoring in Biostatistics from the University School of Public Health at Houston. Dr. West went on to earn his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his surgical internship at Mt. Zion Medical Center in San Francisco and his General Urology residency at Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. West is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology. Prior to joining Low T Center, he maintained a private practice in Urology for 32 years.
Kenneth Smith PA-C
Kenneth graduated from Rice University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomechanics. During his time at Rice, Kenneth was a 4 year varsity letter for the Rice Owl Football Team as a defensive back. After completing his undergraduate degree, he worked for a surgical device design company, and in 2006, he continued his education by attending Baylor College of Medicine earning a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2009. Kenneth’s practice experience includes pediatrics, family, and internal medicine.
