Raymond Westbrook, D.O.
Dr. Westbrook attended undergraduate school at Texas Tech University, and graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 1999 as a Doctor of Osteopathy. He completed his residence in the Internal Medicine division of Methodist Hospital in Dallas, Texas, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. Following completion of his residency, Dr. Westbrook established a successful, traditional Internal Medicine practice in Arlington, Texas. During the course of treating his patients, Dr. Westbrook developed a professional interest in focusing on the treatment of hormonal deficiencies. This interest led him to join the team at Low T Center where he currently serves as a supervising medical director.

Lawrence E. Huber, D.O.
Dr. Huber left a successful career as district supervisor for a multi-state grocery chain to attend the University of Texas at El Paso where he majored in chemical engineering. While there, he became interested in medicine, and moved to Fort Worth to attend the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Huber received his Doctorate of Osteopathy in 1987, and is Board Certified in Family Practice. His 25 years of experience have been diverse--serving many years as a solo family practitioner, as well as serving the Federal Bureau of Prisons as Clinical Director in Oklahoma City and as Hospital Clinical Director at the prison hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Huber currently resides in west Fort Worth with his wife of 45 years in a house he and his son designed and built from the ground up.

Espiridion Mendez, MPAS, PA-C
Mondy graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems and Management. He enlisted into the United States Army Reserve shortly thereafter. In 2005, Mondy was admitted to the Interservice Physician Assistant Program through the U.S. Army and graduated in 2007 with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. He has practiced in dermatology, anesthesiology, family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics prior to joining the team at Low T Center.

Gerald Leonard, MPAS, PA-C
Gerald graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and then attended University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas where he received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to joining Low T Center Gerald practiced in pain management. He is married with two children. Gerald’s hobbies include mountain biking, running and volleyball.
