My wife was commenting on my struggle to breath during the night and my gasping for air
My wife was commenting on my struggle to breath during the night and my gasping for air. Did some research on the condition and wondered if I had some sleep apnea. While going in to the Low T Center for my regular appointments. I saw the advertisements for testing of sleep apnea. I quickly asked the question to the wonderful staff at the Fayetteville Arkansas branch, I was then consumed by all the customer service and knowledge. I was in and had an appointment set up for me and took a device home. I was diagnosed on 9/1/2019 for having severe sleep apnea. I was having 58.4 apneas per hour and an oxygen level of 69% (lowest). I was then contacted and given a plan with a CPAP machine and was getting fitted for a mask. My insurance took more time to process than the low T center did. Very impressed with the efficiency shown for my cpap process. I was very pleased with how detailed the results were and how it was presented in a way I could understand. I was happy to see all the options available for the mask and how the fitting process worked. I even got a follow up call from Amanda to check with my sleeping and adjustment period. Most places don’t follow up with phone calls or even care about the patients. Everything is well coordinated and simple and makes the experience very pleasant. Since being on my cpap, I am less drowsy, less daytime sleepiness, more alert, much more focused and energized. My wife comments on how much better it is to sleep at nights now compared to before. Thank you to all the medical staff at the low t center for always making a great experience with each visit and making my way of living far better. The staff there is top notch!
