Jason Kouri, M.D.
Dr. Kouri graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Irvine in 1991 and earned Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. He continued his graduate education at the School of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego where he received a Medical Doctor degree in 1996. Dr. Kouri then entered the United States Navy as a Family Practice intern and went on to become a General Medical Officer. He spent most of his four years in the Navy caring for Marines and Sailors on land and at sea while attached to a Marine Expeditionary Unit. Upon honorable discharge, Dr. Kouri practiced Family Medicine for five years caring for American Indians on several reservations in Southern California. In 2005, Dr. Kouri began to focus on Urgent Care, Occupational and Integrative Medicine. As part of this effort, Dr. Kouri focuses on leadership and wellness in preparation for the challenges of an aging population. Dr. Kouri is married and he and his wife have five children.

Lawrence E. Huber, D.O.
Dr. Huber left a successful career as district supervisor for a multi-state grocery chain to attend the University of Texas at El Paso where he majored in chemical engineering. While there, he became interested in medicine, and moved to Fort Worth to attend the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Huber received his Doctorate of Osteopathy in 1987, and is Board Certified in Family Practice. His 25 years of experience have been diverse--serving many years as a solo family practitioner, as well as serving the Federal Bureau of Prisons as Clinical Director in Oklahoma City and as Hospital Clinical Director at the prison hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Huber currently resides in west Fort Worth with his wife of 45 years in a house he and his son designed and built from the ground up.

Darren Rape, MPAS, PA-C
Darren graduated from Tarleton State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1994. He worked in the pharmaceutical industry before entering the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth where he graduated with honors in 2003. He served as Class President and was involved in many leadership roles, including the office of Physician Assistant Representative for the Christian Medical Association. Darren has practiced in rural and urban areas in both family practice and internal medicine. He and his wife live locally and enjoy many outdoor activities together such as hiking, cycling, and landscape photography.
