I have been going here for several years. Staff and everyone at this location are great.The issue is with the partnership with village lane and self injects. When you get your blood test and wait to speak to an NP over the phone, in regards to your results. You then have to wait for the village lane to send the medication. It's just about every time I am late for a shot because of this issue. Also, when the NP contacts you, it will be several days later, which also can push out delivery further. I do not advise using self inject if this issue can't be addressed and switched to a reliable company. Medication needs to be overnighted. If you look at village lane review online, it is one star for their bad customer service

I was short tempered, having mood swings and every old injury was talking to me. My regular doctor said try a men's clinic. So, I did. They did a surprisingly comprehensive evaluation and recommended treatment. It took a couple of months to get everything dialed in but my quality of life has been massively transformed. Give them a call and ask for Hannah to get you started. She is really compassionate and will make you feel comfortable. The whole staff is great and you really feel like they care about you and your well-being.

Not gonna lie, didn’t start out the best, but where we are today made the trials and tribulations well worth it (and not all the issues were theirs)I am 54. In the best shape since 21 and down 80lbs of fat and gained 20 lbs lean muscle. From a 40 waist to a 32. From an emotional wreck to a well mannered member of society.All the ladies at the Knox location deserve medals and raises. They are dealing with aging men that aren’t exactly welcoming the experience of acknowledging our own mortality(it’s a thing with men ladies) and they do it with a smile 99% of the time.I have come to value these folks as a vital part of my recovery. I will be forever in their debt that they did not refuse to work with me in the beginning when we had a rough start.My only wish is that they would have at least a dude available to talk about dude stuff.

A couple friends suggested I give this place a try so I booked an appointment. After reading the reviews from the last year I was skeptical about the care I would receive.I’ve gone through the testing process and about to receive my 3rd shot on Tuesday. Everything is going good so far, price seems fair and they’re not trying to push other products down my throat which is a plus!I will eventually be moving to at home dosing and have some concerns about the pre-filled syringes being shipped and whether any of the dose will spill out, and if the pharmacy will get me my doses on time. I saw that was a big problem with others previously and I voiced that to the PA on my last visit. They assured me they have worked the kinks out from when they went through a change in ownership and processes which overwhelmed the practice in the beginning. I’ll update my review as I progress through my treatment but so far I’m pleased with how everything is going!

I have had great experiences at this office. They are always kind and understanding and yes occasionally you have to take a blood test. If you've ever been to other doctors you understand why they require that. It annoys me when I read other people leaving a review complaining about their blood being thick. I know this is a real thing because I've been told by the Low T Center as well as other doctors about my blood being thick and it is a real thing. That's just the way some people's bodies react to increasing their testosterone. When they do these tests they are looking out for your health. It is not a money grab as they don't charge you anything extra at least not in my case because I have insurance. Usually what they will do is put you on a lower dose to see if that helps to prevent or lower the cases of thick blood. Don't let your ignorance decide if they are doing a good job because it is real. The people are very friendly and I go in every week for a shot. If you think you can get better treatment somewhere else go for it but trust me they treat you no different and it's the same thing and the same test. Their prices are not out of line and you cannot blame them for trying to look out for your health. I've done so-called blood donation treatment myself and it's not that big of a thing. The Low T Center does a lot of different treatments besides Low T so take a look at their website and see if you don't want to give it a try.

The Pflugerville location is great. The provider is very friendly and professional as well as the staff. They were all very kind and helpful. Service has gone downhill since October 2023 when they changed how they provide services. My testosterone shipments are constantly late, I have to play phone tag with both the pharmacy and the center and still get my shipments 10 days late on average, and I have to wait 7 days before I get the results of my labs. Before October 2023, lab results were provided within 15 minutes with a printout that was easy to understand, Now, it is given via phone and too difficult to understand. No explanation is given on the numerous acronyms and terminology used on lab tests.Also, the needles I receive for thigh injections are too large and are extremely painful when placed into thigh. I have made several requests for smaller needles, but my requests are ignored.Update 05/06/2024. Shortly after my initial review, I received a phone call from a representative. I was ensured that action would be taken to improve services. Since then, my medication is shipped and received in a timely manner, and the medical staff was more than helpful in explaining my lab reaults so I can take action in either improving or alleviating any irregular findings. I also receive smaller needles making it easier to administer the medication. Thank you Low T Arlington!

I am so thrilled with my results. I just turned 51. I was really overweight. No energy. My Blood pressure was out of whack. I had trouble sleeping. I decided to make a change. The research I had done and which the Low T center confirmed that until my T levels got under control nothing was going to happen.With a great strength training schedule, help from the T center, and me dieting, in only 2 months time I have turned my life around. I just had my 6 month checkup from my Primary Care Physician and he was ecstatic with my results. I have lost 40 lbs since my last visit. All my labs are wonderful. I am taking NO medications. He told me to get out of the office. II had tried over the last few years to lose weight with just going to the gym and diet and it wasn't working. My T level was so low my body wasn't responding. Since the therapy started my body is responding in ways I never thought possible. I feel better than I did when I was 25! Guys...this is the answer!! Go see Kenny and Susan and all of the wonderful staff.

After reading several reviews, I noticed frustration in the allotted pricing chart. I do agree the prices could be a little lower but that’s corporates responsibility. However I will command Mendy, Kelsey (Jordan), and the office staff on their persistent professionalism thus far during the transitioning phase. I struggled with low t for a couple years. I would have anxiety and depression due to low t. I also increased drinking to offset how terrible I felt. I've been on the TRT program and I was relieved almost instantly. In 6 weeks I decided to lower my antidepressants and also I had the thought I could stop drinking alcohol. I’ve had my testosterone monitored and treated for over 10 years. I switched my primary and he doesn’t follow testosterone replacement. So I searched for an alternative. Despite having been sub-therapeutically treated for a decade, the Low-T Center did a complete blood work up. After fasting from treatment my level went from 340 to 140. Abysmal.They did follow up tests and set me on a regimen. After balancing my testosterone and various estrogens I’m over 900. They do more lab work than any of my primary care docs.As a result I’ve been back to the gym and actually gotten bigger. I don’t get sore. I’m able to lift as much as I did 15 years ago. This, along with other improvements, has changed my life for the better.

I’ve been a client of the Low T Center in Westmont Illinois for a number of years. First off, Kamran the nurse practitioner that leads the team over at Westmont is an absolute ROCK-STAR! It would be very difficult finding anyone (including a medical doctor) who knows more about Men’s health needs than Kamran. Not only is he an a clinical expert, but he also knows how to communicate with men. He understands that men are embarrassed about being embarrassed in medical situations. Men often will ignore medical treatment due to modesty issues. Kamran understands the psyche behind men’s needs and forms a unique bond between practitioner and patient. If you have a question or concern Kamran not only anticipates the question but answers it in such a way that makes you more knowledgeable and comfortable with the process. Kamran is what health care has needed for a long time, a practitioner who cares about his patients needs and treats them like true men. I’ll include a pic of my transformation. Hopefully, you too can get these types of results! Cheers fella’s! Don’t wait another day…check out Low T center Westmont and be transformed! I’ve been on the program since February. I was depressed and angry to the point that management where I work was noticing it. And is there to help you live a better healthy life she is always checking to make sure your hemoglobin is not got too high and that you're estrogen is where it should be .No other doctor takes the time or does the appropriate blood work like the low t center in leawood Kansas. She even caught an unrelated had nothing at all to do with my therapy there infection that was in my foot from me stepping on something that was sharp.No place is perfect to error is to be human and doctors are humans too they do the best job they can they give the best care they know how no one is perfect nowhere!!! but I would say low t's the closest to perfection you'll find in Johnson county.

Life changing, I started in Dec 2018 over weight, low on energy and failed diets. In only 30 days I have lost 16 lbs have more energy than I have had in 15 years. Katy and the staff are encouraging me every visit. It has been life changing!!Update!! It is now May 2019 I am down to 190lbs size 33, from 36, ripped abs, and feel great at 45 years old. This is not a 1 stop solution, but a tool that you have to have to get where you want to be, you will need diet and exercise to go along, but they are all tools. Without the low T center I would not be where I am today.
