    Troy graduated from Methodist School of Nursing in Lubbock, TX with his RN in 1992. Troy worked in Level I and II trauma emergency centers for 12 years before becoming a flight nurse for CareStar Air Ambulance, where he flew medivac for 9 years. Troy graduated from the University of Texas Arlington with his undergraduate degree in 2011 and his master’s in nursing degree in 2020. He is board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and worked in Emergency Medicine prior to joining Low-T in 2023. Troy is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

    Jennifer Urbina FNP-C

    Jennifer started her nursing career by obtaining a LVN certification from Grayson County community college in June 2004. She chose to continue her nursing career by obtaining her Associate of Applied Science degree (RN) in May 2006. She has experience working in the Progressive Care Unit, primarily focused on medical surgical traumas, day surgery, and stage 2 recovery. She obtained her undergraduate degree at University of Texas in Arlington, December of 2016. Continuing her education, she completed her MSN at the University of Texas in Arlington, August of 2019. Following, she received her certification for Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, September of 2019. For over 2 years Jennifer continued her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner in correctional medicine. She started at the Low T Center June of 2022 as a float provider, earning her way to Center Director of Alliance, February of 2024. Jennifer brings a total of 20 years of healthcare experience, providing quality care to patients in hormone replacement therapy and weight loss.
