Phuong Tran, M.D.

Dr. Tran graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Biochemical and biophysical science. He then moved to Dallas and earned a medical degree at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 2006. After medical school, he continued his Internal Medicine training at UT Southwestern and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Prior to joining the Low T Center as a medical director, Dr. Tran spent five years as an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical School and Parkland Hospital.

Scott W. Cary, MPAS, PA-C

Scott Cary is a graduate of the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (University of Nebraska Medical Center) in 2011. Originally enlisting in the Air Force in 2001 as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician, Scott became a commissioned officer in 2011 and retired at the rank of Major in 2023. Most recently, he was the Flight Commander of the Family Medicine, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Immunizations and Ambulance Services clinics at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Scott has a passion for men’s wellness and is dedicated to the wellbeing and safety of his patients.
