Tolani Rasaki-Carrier FNP-C
Tolani is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at SynergenX, bringing more than 11 years of healthcare experience across medical-surgical nursing, urology, neurology, and cardiac care. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University School of Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her diverse clinical background has equipped her with a broad understanding of patient health and the importance of individualized treatment. Tolani holds certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, along with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and specialized training and certification in hormone pellet placement. At SynergenX, Tolani combines her clinical experience with a strong interest in helping patients better understand their health and work toward their wellness goals. She emphasizes thoughtful evaluations, clear communication, and personalized care that supports each patient's individual needs. Outside of the clinic, Tolani enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling to new destinations.
