Southwest San Antonio Low T Center Rebranding

The Low T Center in Southwest San Antonio closed on March 28 and will reopen this fall of 2026 as an upgraded SynergenX clinic. 

We understand this change may be inconvenient for patients who previously visited this location. During this transition, we want to make sure you have clear guidance on how to continue your care without interruption. 

Where Can Patients Continue Treatment? 

Patients can continue treatment at nearby Low T Center or SynergenX locations in San Antonio. 

Your medical records and treatment history remain on file within our system. When visiting a new location, our team will work to ensure a smooth transition of care. Please allow a little extra time during your visit as records are accessed and confirmed.
