Tests are performed in-house at Low T Center – Fayetteville or at any one of our other Arkansas locations. No appointment is necessary.


If you qualify for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), your doctor can get you started on a personalized treatment plan on your first visit. All subsequent visits take no more than a few minutes each. If the cost of testosterone therapy is of concern, Low T Center accepts most health insurance plans and offers several self-pay options as well.

Erin Goss,  MSN, RN, AGNP, NP-C

Erin Goss, a native of Fort Smith, AR, is the Center Director in Fayetteville. She holds two undergraduate degrees in nursing, both obtained from the University of Arkansas. She graduated magna cum laude from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN with a master’s in nursing. With over 17 years of experience, Ms. Goss specializes in the primary care of adults, including cardiology, critical care, and internal medicine.  Ms. Goss is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, The American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and is board certified by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
