Over the coming year, Low T Center and HerKare clinics across the country will begin transitioning under one unified brand: SynergenX.

For our patients, this transition represents more than a new logo or a refreshed look. Instead, it represents the continued evolution of a company built around one core belief: men and women deserve to feel great, look great, and live with confidence, energy, and a better quality of life.
Since its founding in 2016 by military veteran and healthcare entrepreneur Wayne Wilson, SynergenX has focused on delivering a more personalized, patient-centered approach to wellness. While hormone optimization remains an important part of that care, the company’s mission has always extended beyond hormone replacement therapy alone.
At SynergenX, care is designed around the whole patient.
That means looking beyond symptoms to help patients improve their energy, confidence, metabolism, performance, overall health, and quality of life through medically guided, individualized treatment plans. It also means expanding care for both men and women through services including hormone optimization, medically guided weight management, wellness therapies, and preventive health solutions.
Over the years, hundreds of thousands of patients have trusted Low T Center, HerKare, and SynergenX with their care. Many arrive feeling exhausted, discouraged, or disconnected from themselves. Many leave feeling renewed, healthier, and more confident in their daily lives.
For CEO Wayne Wilson, those patient stories have always remained at the center of the company’s purpose.
“Helping patients feel like themselves again is one of the most meaningful things we can do in healthcare,” said Wilson. “This transition reflects who we are today and where we are going in the future. The SynergenX brand represents our commitment to personalized care, innovation, and helping patients become the healthiest, strongest versions of themselves.”
The transition to the SynergenX brand will happen gradually over the next year across clinic signage, websites, patient communications, marketing materials, and digital platforms. Patients can continue to expect the same providers, the same teams, and the same commitment to compassionate, medically guided care throughout the process.
While the name and visual identity are evolving, the mission remains the same:
Helping patients feel great, look great, and live their best.
