We’re making it even more rewarding to share your wellness journey with the Low T Center Referral Program. Whether you’re a Low T Center or SynergenX patient—visiting us in person or receiving care remotely—you can now earn a $250 credit when you refer a friend who begins hormone therapy.

It’s our way of saying thank you for helping others take control of their health.

How It Works

  • Earn $250 in credit when your referral starts testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at Low T Center or SynergenX, or women’s hormone replacement therapy (WHRT) at SynergenX.

  • Credits are good for cash services, including:

    • GLP-1 weight loss treatments

    • Supplements

    • NAD+ injections

    • Lipo-C injections

  • Credits cannot be applied to TRT or WHRT treatments

  • Your credit is valid for 1 year, so you have plenty of time to use it

  • Referrals who begin weight loss treatment only do not qualify

  • The referral program ends December 31, 2026

Refer a Friend, Share the Benefits

Wellness is better when shared. If you’ve experienced the benefits of hormone therapy, now’s the perfect time to encourage friends or loved ones to start their journey—with trusted care from Low T Center.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)?

TRT helps restore healthy testosterone levels in men experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, low libido, and mood changes. At Low T Center, all TRT is custom-dosed and closely monitored by licensed providers for optimal results.

What is hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women?

HRT restores estrogen and/or progesterone levels to relieve symptoms of menopause and hormone imbalance, including hot flashes, brain fog, poor sleep, and weight gain. Our providers personalize treatment based on each woman's specific needs.

How do I know if I qualify for hormone therapy?

Eligibility starts with a simple blood test and a consultation. If a hormone imbalance is identified, your provider will develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Can women be part of the refer-a-friend program?

Yes. For the first time, women are included in the Low T Center Referral Program. Women's hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is offered at SynergenX, so if your referral begins HRT there, you'll earn a $250 referral credit that can be redeemed at either Low T Center or SynergenX.

How soon can my referral start treatment?

After initial lab work and a provider evaluation, eligible patients can often begin therapy quickly—sometimes as early as their second visit, depending on their payment method and treatment plan.

Ready to refer someone?

Talk to your provider or contact your nearest Low T Center location to get started. This limited-time referral offer ends December 31, 2026, so now is a great time to help someone begin their wellness journey.

Terms & Conditions:
Referral must begin testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at Low T Center or SynergenX, or women’s hormone replacement therapy (HRT) at SynergenX, to qualify. Referrals who begin medical weight loss treatment only are not eligible. The $250 referral credit is valid toward eligible cash-pay services only and cannot be applied to TRT or women’s HRT. Offer valid through December 31, 2026. Other restrictions may apply.
